Terms of Service

CryptonicLite provides access to short-duration synthetic digit and binary contracts, practice trading, account tools, funding, withdrawals, referrals and customer support. Available features, markets, contract types, payout rates, and limits may change.

Synthetic markets are algorithmically generated and are not ownership interests in currencies, securities, commodities, or other real-world assets.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
• You must not use the service where this type of trading is prohibited or restricted.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.
• We may restrict countries, users, payment methods, or features to meet legal or risk obligations.

You must give accurate, current information, keep it updated, and use only an account you are authorized to control. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits, obtain duplicate promotions, or manipulate referrals.

You are responsible for your password, device access, and activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may request identity, address, source-of-funds, or payment ownership evidence before allowing transactions or restoring access.

You can lose the full stake of every contract. Short-duration digit and binary contracts are high risk and may not be suitable for you. A demo result, historical result, displayed probability, strategy, signal, or previous payout does not guarantee a future outcome.

Trade only money you can afford to lose. CryptonicLite does not provide personal investment, legal, or tax advice.

• Review the market, contract condition, duration, stake, and potential payout before confirming.
• A confirmed contract cannot normally be changed or cancelled.
• Contract outcomes are determined from the platform price feed and settlement rules shown at purchase.
• Displayed prices and payout rates can change before confirmation. A contract uses the values accepted at purchase.
• We may investigate, correct, void, or reverse a contract affected by an obvious price-feed error, duplicate execution, service fault, fraud, manipulation, or prohibited automation.

Deposits and withdrawals are made through M-Pesa in Kenyan shillings, converted from your USD balance at the live exchange rate shown at the time of the request. Withdrawals are sent only to your registered M-Pesa number. Limits are shown in the platform.

You must use payment accounts and wallet addresses you are authorized to use. Sending an unsupported asset, using the wrong network, or supplying an incorrect address may result in permanent loss. Withdrawals may be reviewed and delayed while we confirm identity, account ownership, available balance, trading activity, fraud risk, or legal compliance.

Demo funds have no cash value. Bonuses, commissions, campaigns, and referral rewards are governed by the conditions shown with the offer. We may withhold or reverse rewards resulting from self-referral, duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, false information, or other abuse.

• Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Account sharing, impersonation, false verification material, or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Manipulating prices, outcomes, referrals, promotions, or platform vulnerabilities.
• Unauthorized bots, scraping, reverse engineering, denial-of-service activity, malware, or attempts to bypass security and limits.
• Threatening, deceptive, or abusive conduct toward users, merchants, or support staff.

We aim to keep CryptonicLite available, but maintenance, network failures, price-feed interruptions, third-party services, security events, or events outside our control may interrupt access. We may modify or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account to protect users, investigate activity, enforce these Terms, respond to legal obligations, or manage platform risk. Where lawful, eligible remaining funds will be returned after required reviews, deductions, reversals, and dispute resolution. You may request closure through support, subject to unresolved contracts, transactions, investigations, and retention duties.

CryptonicLite’s name, logo, interface, software, graphics, written content, and platform materials belong to CryptonicLite or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. No other rights are granted.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. CryptonicLite is not liable for trading losses caused by your decisions, incorrect wallet details, unsupported transfers, compromised credentials, third-party failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptonicLite and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Any governing law and forum will be determined by the law applicable to the operator and user; mandatory consumer rights in your location remain unaffected.
